Franchisee Requirements
- Commercial Space:
The franchisee must rent a commercial space between 30 to 45 square meters in a high-traffic area to attract customers and maximize sales opportunities. - Franchise Fee & Store Setup Costs:
The initial franchise fee is €20,000, which covers the rights to operate under the Narsist Perfume brand.The cost for setting up the store, which includes design, construction, and stocking, is calculated as follows:- Turnkey Store Setup: For a fully decorated and stocked store, the cost is €900 per square meter.Total Setup Costs (depending on the size of the store):
- For a 30 square meter store: €27,000 (30 m² x €900)For a 45 square meter store: €40,500 (45 m² x €900)

- Total Investment Overview:
- Franchise Fee: €20,000

Franchisees are required to allocate 2% of their annual income towards marketing and promotional activities. While this fee is mandatory, the franchisee has discretion in how the funds are utilized, provided that the advertising efforts align with the overall brand strategy and guidelines. The funds can be used for local advertising, digital marketing, and other promotional activities, but must adhere to the direction set by the main brand to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity. It is important to note that in the first year, advertising expenses may be higher due to startup costs, such as initial brand awareness campaigns and other launch-related promotional efforts. This allows franchisees to build a strong foundation while still adhering to the brand’s overarching marketing plan.
Attention:
The €20,000 franchise fee is a one-time payment, granting you access to the Narsist franchise model and all the associated benefits. Additionally, the franchise operates with a 0% loyalty fee, meaning that once you’ve paid the initial franchise fee, there are no ongoing royalty payments, allowing you to retain the full profit from your store’s sales. This structure ensures that your earnings are maximized without the burden of continuous financial obligations to the parent company.
This investment covers the complete setup of your store, including interior design and product stocking, ensuring you have all the essentials to launch your Narsist Perfume franchise successfully. Please note that it does not include internet connections, IT infrastructure, or POS systems, which can be provided by our brand through agreements at discounted prices.
The only prerequisite for becoming a Narsist franchisee is that you exclusively sell Narsist-branded products in your store. In addition, you are required to follow Narsist’s guidelines on store presentation and operations. This includes adhering to specific standards for the design and layout of your store, ensuring a consistent and professional image that reflects the Narsist brand. By maintaining these standards and focusing solely on Narsist products, you will be able to offer a high-quality, cohesive shopping experience that strengthens the brand’s reputation and attracts loyal customers.
* The construction price per square meter is calculated for regions in the Balkans, including Greece and Bulgaria. However, construction costs in countries such as Germany, France, and the Netherlands may differ due to variations in labor fees and material costs.
